What we collect

Account info you provide (name, email), trades you log or import, and broker connection metadata (never your broker password — connections are read-only via OAuth or CSV, TradeBeryl can never place trades or move funds).

How we use it

To run the product you signed up for: showing your dashboard, computing your analytics, and generating AI Trade Audit insights from your own trade data. We do not sell your trade data.

Who can see your data

Only you. Every account's trades are isolated at the database level using Row Level Security — no other account, including TradeBeryl staff without deliberate elevated access, can query your data by default.

Payment data

Billing is processed by Stripe. TradeBeryl never stores your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request full account and data deletion by contacting support.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
