What we collect

Account info you provide (name, email), trades you log or import, and broker connection metadata (never your broker password — connections are read-only via OAuth or CSV, TradeBeryl can never place trades or move funds).

How we use it

To run the product you signed up for: showing your dashboard, computing your analytics, and generating AI Trade Audit insights from your own trade data. We do not sell your trade data.

AI features

AI Trade Audit, AI Trade Review, and BerylAI send the relevant trade data needed to generate that specific insight to Anthropic's API for processing. This happens only when you use those features, and only the data needed for that request is sent.

Market data

Charts, backtesting, and portfolio pricing pull symbol/price data from third-party market data providers. This is public market information, not tied to your personal trading data.

Who can see your data

Only you. Every account's trades are isolated at the database level using Row Level Security — no other account, including TradeBeryl staff without deliberate elevated access, can query your data by default.

Payment data

Billing is processed by Stripe. TradeBeryl never stores your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from Settings → Account — this also cancels any active subscription first, so you're never charged after deletion.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
