TradeBeryl is a journaling and analytics tool. Nothing in the app — including AI Trade Audit insights — constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Read-only broker access

Where TradeBeryl connects to a broker, that connection is read-only. TradeBeryl will never place a trade, withdraw funds, or modify any setting on a connected brokerage account.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; you'll retain access through the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use TradeBeryl to store or share unlawful content, attempt to access another account's data, or interfere with the service's normal operation.

Limitation of liability

TradeBeryl is provided "as is." We are not liable for trading losses, decisions made based on app data, or downtime.

Changes to these terms

We'll notify active account holders by email before any material change to these terms takes effect.
